It has been forever since I posted here, it is good to see activity from folks. I recorded the eclipse from the Dallas area in TX and it turned out way better than I thought! I followed some photography tips and applied them to video and made a DIY solar filter for my lens. Take a look at the video if you want, I sped up the portions before and after totality but let the 3+min of totality run.. it was spectacular! You will notice the "flares" around the sun... that was interesting. They don't seem to move like you would see in the NASA CGI of the sun where the edges look like bubbling lava.. but they look so interesting. Also.. any updates on the NASA rockets shot at the moon and the CERN tests on 4/8? Here is the eclipse video I took: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sj_0t8MOjY

You know it's interesting if they have phone apps that can actually track the moon and it's completely accurate. So it's accurate everyday other than the day of the eclipse?
Great video, very interesting, thanks for sharing.
One thing I was noticing as I saw the eclipse is that there is no way that's the moon blocking the sun. The round black object was completely black. In normal lighting, even if the object is in front of a light source, you woul see an outline.
This object that caused the eclipse was completely black.
Becoming a flat earther (or more like a biblical cosmologist) unintentionally, has opened my eyes to see things as they are.
